Channel starting lists

Starting lists Instagram and Facebook provide a way for users to start a conversation with a business with a list of frequently asked questions.

From the Growth Tools menu, select “Channel starting lists”

Then click create

Select a channel and click continue

Create a button and give it a name:

For Instagram and Facebook you can create a maximum of 4 buttons

For each button, you can specify the actions that will be performed after the subscriber clicks the corresponding button

After adding all the buttons, click “Update” to save the changes

Start lists are only shown if there is no dialog when first interacting with the page
