Funnels
Â
In the âFunnelsâ section, you can create a funnel using the visual editor.
Â
The funnel list displays an infinity symbol (1) if the funnel can be subscribed to multiple times, the active number of subscribers inside the funnel (2), and the last post date (3).
Â
By clicking on the pencil, you can update the name of the funnel, as well as enable / disable the ability to subscribe to the funnel multiple times.
Â
Other functions are also available in the menu on the right for each funnel: copy, add a contact to a funnel, remove links in a funnel, delete a funnel.
You can organize funnels into folders, find funnels by name, display only with active (with active subscribers inside the funnel) or inactive status.
Â
Sort by nearest or older changes.
Â
To create a new funnel, click +Create
Â
Specify the name of the funnel, as well as whether a subscriber to it can re-subscribe and receive content again.
Â
In the upper right menu, you can see a preview of the funnel structure for all messengers (infinity sign) or a specific messenger if your content is different.
Â
To create content for several messengers at once, turn them on on the sliders, then activate the general mode (the infinity sign is yellow). If you need to change the content for one channel, click on the sign of the desired messenger so that it glows yellow (channel mode).
Â
To add a block, select the icon shown below, and then the desired block.
Â
New blocks can also be added by clicking on the circle of the connection point, and then at the place where you want to add a new block and select it from the list.
Â
â EACH BLOCK IS DETAILED AND YOU CAN GET INFO ON IT BY SELECTING THE RELEVANT PAGE ON THE LEFT!
Â
While editing the funnel, you can click on the icon below to check the funnel for errors.
Â
You can automatically place blocks on the field (1), as well as increase the blocks (2) or reduce them (3).
Â
Once you've created or edited your funnel, you can send yourself a preview
Â
To do this, select the channel through which you want to receive a preview, and click "continue":
Â
If the preview does not open, make sure that you have the messenger application installed and that the browser does not block pop-up windows.
Once you've made sure everything works, publish your funnel:
Â
We do not recommend using more than 70-100 related items in one funnel. In different variations, if you exceed this limit, there is a possibility that it simply will not open due to restrictions on the use of your PC resources.
If you need to make larger funnels, use âtrigger-eventâ logic as a link between blocks.
Â
If your funnel is no longer open, then you need to delete links in it using this icon:
Â
Looping funnel blocks. Limit of 10 transitions to the same block within the same stream for one user per hour.
Â
If the user goes to the same block in the same thread 10 times within an hour, then further logic will be stopped for him for 1 hour. And you will receive a notification about the blocking in Live Chat. For example:
