Operators

The "Operators" menu displays a list of operators, their privileges, status, etc.

By clicking on the state of the desired operator, you can change it from active to inactive. And all operator’s chats will be distributed among the available operators.

By clicking on Statistics, you will be taken to a page where you can view statistics on such parameters as: Efficiency of closing chats, Responsiveness, Messages in chats, Status usage.
