Quick replies
Quick replies allow you to send pre-prepared messages in live chat at the command of the operator. (Not to be confused with Auto Replies where a bot does this)
Go to Growth Tools and select Quick replies
You can group quick replies
Click +Quick reply
Enter a name for the quick reply, a group if necessary, a quick command. In the example, if the operator enters /price in live chats, the client will receive a pre-prepared and saved message under this command. Enter a description as well as a template type. The template can be personally yours or available to all operators of this project.
Click on the field
And in the editor create a quick reply
