Instagram Comments

This tool allows you to perform various actions when a user replies to your Instagram posts or commented a live posts.

Click Growth Tools menu, select “Instagram Comments”:

 

Click the "Create" button, write a name for this rule and select an account:

 

Enable the rule. To open the following settings, click on the white area of ​​the block:

 

On the General tab, click Configure, create a message, and publish.

 

The first message should contain a button so that when it is clicked, the necessary logic will run. The person will be added to the contact list only if they reply to the message or press the button in the message.

Please note that variables will not work in the first message.

 

In the "Setup" tab, select:

  • all posts - to run automation in response to comments under all posts in the account;

  • all live posts - to trigger automation in response to live comments;

  • a specific post - to trigger automation in response to comments under a specific post.

 

You can specify a list of words for which automation will work or exclude words and these comments will be ignored. Leave nothing in these fields if you want the action to work on any comment.

 

In the “Auto-response” tab, you can configure messages that will be sent not to direct, but in response to users directly in the comments under the posts. You can set up multiple auto-replies and they will be sent in random order:

 

To save all changes, click the “Update” button:
