A welcome message is sent to users when subscribing to the bot via a direct link, without passing the context, subscribing to the funnel.

Select "Welcome Messages" in the Growth Tools

 

You can set one universal welcome message for all your channels

Or create separate welcome message for a specific channel. It will take precedence over the universal message.
