Arbitrary Links

This type of links allows you to specify your own context and pass one parameter per link, as well as perform actions such as subscribing to a particular sequence.

Go to the Growth Tools section

Open

Select Arbitrary Links and click +Create

Open

Specify the name of the link (1), context (2), variable into which you want to save the parameter from the link (3).

The variable must first be created in the console: Variables

Go to the settings:

You can specify an arbitrary parameter at the end of the context with "-" to store its value in a variable.

For example, if your context is "webinar_2023" and you need to pass a parameter with the value "instagram_direct", you need to change the context in the link to "webinar_2023-instagram_direct".

Do not forget to specify the actions that will be performed for the user after subscribing to the bot using this link (for example, subscribe to the funnel, add a tag, etc.)
