For some messengers (Viber, WhatsApp) you can change the welcome message that the users see before subscribing. Go to the Growth Tools section and select Opt-in

 

Click +Create and select a channel

 

For Viber, write the text and name of the button, and then click Continue

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For WhatsApp, you can write the accompanying text and pull up the codes through "@context".
