Facebook Comments

This tool allows you to perform various actions when a user replies to your Facebook posts.

First, update the connections with the bot in the Channels section using the circular arrows

Go to Growth Tools and select Facebook Comments

Click +Create, enter a name, select a page, click continue

Click the Configure button

Create a message that the user will receive after submitting a comment on the post and publish.

You can send 1 message, which must contain a button, after clicking on which you can send other content.

Go to the Setup tab

Choose which posts you want the growth tool to trigger on (all page posts, new posts from a follower, or a specific page post)

(1) Leave the checkbox unchecked if the answer should only work on first-level comments.

Check the box so that the answer works on comments on all-level (answers).

(2) Check the box if you want to like the comment.

Specify keywords if you want the tool to only respond to comments containing certain words. Or specify words that the tool should ignore. These two fields can be left blank, then the auto-reply will work on any comment under your post.

Click on Auto-Response to set up replies on behalf of the page to comments from subscribers.

Click the Update button to save your changes
