Auto replies

Auto replies allow you to analyze responses from users and perform specified actions.

Click +Create and select the type of user text search.

Type the word/words or phrases, separated by commas, on which the action will be performed

Click +Action

Choose the actions you need to take

You can create a quick reply or a flow. To do this, click on an empty space in the rule.

The visual editor will open. Create a message or series of messages/actions and click "Publish".

Default reply is triggered by unrecognized user phrases. It can fires every time or
fires once per n hours.

To create a default reply, click on a free field and the editor will open.
