To use automation for Smart Messenger users, you need to redirect the user from the funnel to the site where the code with Smart ID (ssId) is installed.

When the user goes to the site and subscribes to Push notifications, you will see that the contacts are merged

In the funnel, select the Push notification block

 

Pre-create a template in Growth Tools Growth Tools - Smart Push

 

Select the desired template from the list

 

and it will be automatically added to the funnel

 

 

When you update the template, the connections and content are automatically updated in the funnel. When you delete a template, the block in the funnel is deleted.

 

Available events:

1 - The user read the push notification (it popped up in the browser)

2 - The user clicked on the push notification (if a link is provided)

3 - The user clicked on the button in the notification

 

The flow may stop at the Push Notification stage if the user is not in Smart Push or has been unsubscribed from notifications
