In the latest updates, Telegram has added a set of unique business opportunities to accounts. Companies can connect Telegram bots to their accounts, which will process and respond to messages on their behalf.

 

Telegram Business - paid functionality. Telegram Premium subscribers have temporary access to Telegram Business features for free.

 

To connect a Business account to Smart Sender, you must:

  1. Create and connect a Telegram bot in the Channels section. If the bot is already connected to the platform, refresh the connection using the circular arrows.

  1. Enable bot business functions in BotFather (Bot Settings > Business Mode > Turn on).

  1. Add a bot in the Telegram profile settings (Settings > Telegram Business > ChatBots > enter the username of the bot).

 

  1. You can limit the list of chats that the bot can access.

The bot can only reply on your behalf in chats that were active during the last 24 hours.

 

One bot can be connected to several business accounts.

You can set up auto replies, sign up for funnels, use all the available functionality, except for the basic buttons (buttons with links and payment buttons are available).

 

After completing the settings, messages from users will appear in Live Chats.

 

Messages sent through Telegram Business Accounts are tagged with the bot's name in your chat.
The interlocutor will not see these notes.

If necessary, you can pause the bot. For example, when you are personally connected to a chat, you can disable automation so that it does not interrupt live communication.
