This tool allows you to specify the message that the user sees when entering your bot for the first time. Currently, this functionality only works with Facebook and Telegram.
Go to Growth Tools > Greetings
Click +Create and select a page
Specify the greeting text that the user will see when first interacting with the page
The following variables can be used in the greeting text for Facebook:
{{user_first_name}}
{{user_last_name}}
{{user_full_name}}
The Greetings for Facebook will only be displayed if there are no Start channel lists
The Telegram Greetings will look like this:
