Open/Close Chat

The open/close chat action allows you to open or close a chat in Live Chats.

Often there is a need when you need to open a chat so that a live human operator can view the answers, actions and reactions of contacts and give an answer.

Automatic closing of chats is necessary if you do not need to analyze the responses, actions and reactions of contacts. Automatically closed chat is not deleted, the history of all correspondence and actions is saved. If the contact writes something after closing, the chat will automatically move from closed to open.
