The Smart Delay block allows you to perform an action or send a message at a specific time.
Click on the “Smart Delay” block and select the duration of the delay
Delay duration can be set in seconds, minutes, hours, days
You can set time frames if needed. For example, wait 1 hour and send between 9:00 and 18:00. If the user hit this block at 20:00, the system will count down 1 hour and wait for 9:00 to move him to the next block.
You can also specify the day of the week as a condition. For example, if you have a business audience and you do not want to disturb subscribers on weekends, you can exclude weekends.
Here you can set the time zone according to which the delay time will work.
In the example below, we see that a pause of 1 hour will be maintained, and the transition to the next block will be carried out only on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00
In the example below, we see that a pause of 30 minutes will be maintained, and the transition to the next block will be carried out only on Tuesday from 19:00 to 20:00
