The Carousel block allows you to send users a carousel with horizontal scrolling in Telegram, Instagram, Viber, Facebook, Vkontakte instant messengers.

Mandatory in the carousel card is:

  • images (from 2 to 10, Viber up to 6);

  • button( min 1, max 3);

  • title and subtitle (up to 80 characters, can be cut off by the messenger).

 

Buttons are available in 2 formats: basic and open website.

 

For Vkontakte messenger, it is mandatory to have the same number of buttons under all images in the carousel and the size of the image is 1300x800.

 

 

WhatsApp and Skype channels do not support carousels. If subscribers from these channels get to this block, the carousel block will be skipped and the subscriber will continue the stream further.
