The “Start Flow” block allows you to redirect the user from one flow (component) to another.

For example, moving along the funnel, the user, having fallen under certain conditions you set, can be sent to a new flow.

 

Click on the “Start flow“ block, in the window that appears, click on the icon below

 

Choose the flow/funnel

 

After that, the block will display the flow you selected with the ability to quickly jump to it

 

Note that starting a flow starts a message thread for the user, but does NOT subscribe to the funnel. Accordingly, it will be impossible to unsubscribe from the funnel and this element will not be displayed in the contact card.
