Facebook connection

Go to the "Channels" section and click "Create".

Open

Select Facebook

Open

Click continue with Facebook

In the next window, click "Choose what you allow"

and check ALL pages.

Then click the Continue button.

If you do not see a window with a choice of permissions, go to your Facebook account > Business integrations using the link https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools&ref=settings

and change permissions here

If you cannot connect the channel even after these steps, remove the integration. After deleting the integration, you need to renew the connection with all Facebook\Instagram channels previously connected to Smart Sender.

Click Connect next to the required page

Then you will receive a message that the channel has been connected successfully

This bot will appear in the list of your channels. Here you can also view statistics on subscriptions, unsubscribes, number of messages, etc., and update the bot token if necessary by clicking on the circular arrows.
