Importing users from other platforms

Importing channels makes it easier to migrate users from other platforms.

Go to the Channels section and click Import.

 

Click +Create and select a channel

 

You can only import to the same bot from which the export was made

 

Prepare the file for download. It must be a .csv file with one column. The first line should be id (column title).

Download the file and click continue.

 

You can also use additional import columns such as: tag, tags, email, phone.

Additional columns to import:

  • tag - the name of a tag previously created in Smart Sender

  • tags - list of tags pre-created in Smart Sender separated by “;“

  • email - client email

  • phone - телефон клиента в международном формата, начинающегося с “+“
