Subscribe to another Channel

This functionality allows you to subscribe a person to another channel after clicking on the button. This feature can be useful if you want to transfer contacts, for example, from Instagram and Facebook to other instant messengers (Telegram, Viber, VK) that do not have a 24-hour window for sending content.

 

Create a message with a button, specify the button type as “Subscribe to another channel” and select a new channel to subscribe the user to:

 

After clicking on the button, you can specify the actions that will be performed for the user in the new channel after he subscribes:

 

And also from the “Continue” link to create content that will come to the previous channel:

After subscribing to a new channel, contacts will be automatically merged.
