Connecting two-factor authentication
Go to account settings
Choose the desired method
And follow the instructions
After clicking on the Confirm button, you will see backup codes that you can use to restore access. Be sure to save them.
When logging into Smart Sender, if you do not have access to the Authenticator app, please click the button below
and enter one of the backup codes you saved
If you have not been issued backup codes and you lost an access to the Authenticator app, please email legal@smartsender.com from the email you are unable to log in with, attaching a government issued document of you to identify yourself. Our technical specialists will review your request to disable two-factor authentication within 10 business days.
If necessary and if you have access to your account, you can disable two-factor authentication in your account settings.
