Password recovery
To recover your password, you need to point to your avatar from anywhere on the platform and click “Logout” (or follow the link).
After a successful transition, you will be taken to the login page. On it, click on the block “Forgot your password?”
Enter the email (which exists in the system) for which you are trying to recover the password. If you are logging in through social networks, this will be an email that is linked to your social network.
After clicking on the “Continue“ button, you will receive an email notification (if this did not happen, look in the SPAM folder).
Once you have received the email, click on the "Recover password" button, if nothing happens after clicking on the button, copy the link below and paste it into your browser.
After clicking on the button or link, you will see a window of the form indicated above. You need to enter the email address you received the email and a new password. After clicking on the "Change Password" button, if successful, you will be taken back to the Login page.
Now you can use the new password to login to Smart Sender. You will also receive an email notifying you that your password has been successfully changed.
