Working with time zones

In the system, you have the ability to set the time zone in several places:

In the account settings - the time zone specified here is responsible for displaying the time of notifications, timestamps in live chats, as well as the creation time of resources, such as funnels.

In the project settings, you can set the time zone that will be used by default for a specific project (in smart delays, schedules, mailings).

In the Smart Delay and Schedule blocks, you can set any time zone you need.

For example, at the entrance you ask the user what country he is from and for the USA you make a branch with a schedule for his time zone, and for Poland for your time zone.

In the Condition block, you can also check whether the Date/Time condition is met with reference to the time zone.

When creating mailing lists, you can also schedule the mailing list taking into account the required time zone.
