Please note that the limits are on the number of created items, not active items. If you created 2 growth tools and then deleted them, then you will not be able to create the 3rd one.

PRO package does not have any restrictions

In the PRO package, billing is carried out according to the number of contacts at the base rate of €10/month. for every 1000 contacts.

Billing starts from the first user of every thousand, for example:

for 0-1000 users you will pay 10€/month, from 1001 to 2000 20€/month.

The invoice for payment is issued at the monthly rate on the 1st day of each month for the previous period.

At a quarterly and annual rate - when connecting, when a new thousand contacts appear or at the end of the paid period for a certain thousand contacts.

Gradation of discounts for the number of contacts:

Reaching 5,000 contacts, you will receive a 10% discount

Reaching 10,000 contacts, you will receive a 20% discount

Reaching 20,000 contacts, you will receive a 40% discount

Reaching 50,000 contacts or more, you will receive a 50% discount

Gradation of discounts when paying for the period:

15% discount when paying quarterly

30% discount if paid annually

Discount for quantity and period are superimposed on each other ((Amount -% discount for quantity)-% discount for period).

For example, if you have exactly 5000 contacts and want to pay for 1 year, in this case:

(((5K*10€) number of contacts – 10% discount for quantity))*12 months. – 30% discount for annual payment. = €378

Then you have the 5001st user, at this moment you will be charged €75.6, which is an annual payment for 1000 users with a 10% discount for the number of users and 30% for the period (year).

If you need to switch from an annual/quarterly subscription to a monthly one, you need to go to the “Subscriptions” section and choose another tariff. All unspent money will be transferred to the bonus account, and the subscription will be switched to monthly.

How is the amount due

The amount payable is calculated hourly, according to the number of hours on a particular tariff.

Let's say there are 30 days in this month, your tariff is €10/month and you were on this tariff for 4 full days.

In this case, the calculation will look like this:

30 days = 24 * 30 = 720 hours.

At a rate of €10 / month. 1 hour costs = €10 / 720 hours = €0.0138.

4 days of use (4 * 24) = 96 hours

96 hours * 0.0138€ = 1.33€ This is the amount that will be displayed in your billing.

You pay only for projects created by you. The activated Pro plan gives all its unlimited functions to projects whose owner is on the active Pro plan.

Recovery of deleted projects.

You can restore a deleted project at any time within 6 months.

For the restoration of the project, the amount for each restored project separately will be debited.

For example, you want to restore 2 projects:

The first one was deleted a month ago and it has 3 subscribers.

The second one was deleted two months ago and has 1200 subscribers.

For the restoration of the first project, you will pay €10, as this is the minimum cost of the package without discounts.

For the restoration of the second, you will pay €40. 2 packs for the first month and 2 packs for the second month: (10€+10€) + (10€+10€) = 40€
