LMS actions in chatbot

Now you can give access to trainings to subscribers of your bot.

To create a contact in LMS you must have an email in the contact card. This email will be the login. Also, after performing actions in the bot, an email with a password will be sent to the specified email and the contacts will be automatically merged.

 

 

In the console, in the Contacts section, you can segment clients depending on their subscription to trainings and groups

 

 

And also apply actions to selected contacts

 

In funnels, broadcasts and rules you can use the following actions:

  • add to LMS group

  • exclude from LMS group

  • grant access to the training

  • withdraw access to the training

 

 

The following conditions are available:

  • LMS group membership

  • training participation

  • training lesson involvement (User viewed the lesson, User passed the lesson). A stop lesson is passed when the subscriber submits the task and it is accepted.

 

 

Using this functionality, you can introduce gamification into your trainings and make training more interactive. For example, award points to students for they quickly complete lessons and/or subtract points if the lesson is not completed on time.
