Contacts
To view contacts, you need to go to the contacts menu while in the Console section.
On the left, the total number of contacts is displayed, as well as the number of contacts in a particular service.
Below is a list of tags. Here you can select one or more tags and contacts and services will display the number of contacts that have at least one of these tags.
Also by clicking on the magnifying glass you can perform a quick search by tags
If you hover over the inscription TAGS, the + icon will appear, by clicking on which you will be taken to the menu for working with tags
In which you can create a new tag, edit an existing one, and delete a tag.

As well as the ability to find a user by his First Name, Last Name, User ID
Below is a set of filters and a button to reset filtering parameters
It is possible to filter users by their status, show users with all selected tags, exclude users with selected tags. The ability to filter users by belonging to a particular funnel, as well as a filter reset button.
With filtered users, you can immediately perform such actions as: assign a tag, subscribe to a funnel, change their status (active, inactive, blocked), as well as delete them.
Near the contact is displayed:
1 Services with which you can contact the contact: Smart Messenger, Smart Mail.
2 The user's history of purchases and attempts to pay,
3 edit the user.
By clicking on the pencil (3) you get to the contact card, here you can view the contact card, as well as edit it.
Also in the Contacts section, you can filter users by the date they subscribed to the funnel or the date the tag was added.
Here you can see how many contacts match the selected segment:
