In order to send notifications from the funnel to the operator, you must perform the following steps:

Go to Live Chats

Click on the operator's avatar in the upper right corner

Click on notification

Select a channel for notification

Then you will be redirected to the messenger you have chosen. If the messenger does not open, it is either not installed (application) or the browser is blocking pop-ups.

Then update the information and check that the channel is connected.

If you did everything correctly, the connected channel will appear in the window.

Then go to the funnel and add the block perform actions

Select action "Notification"

Select the whole team or specific recipients of this notification. The icon (i) marks users who do not have a messenger connected for notifications.

If the operator has only connected the messenger for notifications, but it is displayed with an icon (i) in the list. Click on the button marked below to update the information.

Scroll down and create a notification message. You can also use variables in the message.

Each operator must independently connect the messenger for notifications from their device.
