!!! IT`S IMPORTANT. Content in sync mode is created for enabled messengers. If you create content for Telegram + Facebook and then enable the Skype channel, the content in the Skype channel will be empty.

The “send message” block allows you to create a message filled with text and various multimedia elements.

You can create a message for all messengers at once (1) or select a specific one (2).

If you add an element or file type that is not supported by a particular messenger, its icon will turn red, and an exclamation mark will appear with a description of the problem.

Also note that if you change the message for a particular channel, desynchronization will occur and all elements inside this "send messages" block will need to be added/changed for each channel individually. You can synchronize all channels in the way described below.

If you have added a channel that did not exist before, or did not make a message for it, turn on this channel on the sliders on the right and click on this button to synchronize the elements of this message.

You can also remove (1) elements inside a block, move them (2) and also duplicate (3)

From the send message block, you can branch depending on the button pressed, as in the example below (1), (2) or along the default path (3). The default path, like any other, does not have to lead somewhere further.

Let's see the available elements:

The text element allows you to add text.

Also in the text you can insert emoji (1), external variables that can be passed, for example, via Widgets - Landing Page (2), prepared variables (3), the number of available characters (usage check) for this message is also displayed (4).

You can add one or more buttons to the text

By clicking on the button, you can set its name, as well as the action when clicking on the button.

The switch next to the button allows you to disable or enable multiple clicks on the button. If it is disabled, then the action after the button will be triggered only once during the launch of one flow.

The video element allows you to send a video (up to 10 MB) to your subscribers. Be extremely careful with this element, as subscribers with slow internet may take a very long time to load this message.

The audio element allows you to send audio to subscribers (mp3/ogg, <3MB, for Telegram - ogg, <1MB).

The picture element allows you to send a picture of any of the standard extensions. We recommend using .jpeg

The files element allows you to send a file (<5MB).

Album element allows you to create galleries from several pictures (2-10).

The invoice element allows you to send an invoice to the Products and the subscriber will be able to make a payment directly through the bot and the payment system of your choice. Payment systems must be connected in advance.

The delay element allows you to set a send delay between any elements within the message block.

The contact element allows you to send the contact details that you have specified

The User Input element allows you to send a message to the subscriber and write the response to Variables. The chain will continue only after the subscriber responds with a message.

To choose which variable to assign the response to, click on the item marked below

Choose a reply type

Specify the message the user will receive if they reply in the wrong format. For example, for the number format, the correct answer will be 100000. If the subscriber answers - one hundred thousand, he will receive the message you specified.

Then choose which variable the answer will be saved to

Also note the response type “choice“. The type of this answer implies that only those values that you listed separated by commas will be the correct answer. You need to save the answer only in Variables of the “Value from the list” type, which contains the same set of values as in the choice answer type.

This type of response implies that you explicitly suggest to the user what answer he needs to enter from the keyboard. If the answer is different, the chain will not continue.

Facebook Messenger and Instagram support quick replies and will display quick reply buttons from the values you provide

The receipt element allows you to display information about the customer's order in the message and is used with the Basket functionality.

The animation element allows you to send an animated gif image <1MB in a message

The typing element simulates typing in a message (Telegram, Facebook, Vkontakte)

The card element allows you to send one card (analogue of the Carousel) to Instagram, Facebook, Viber, Vkontakte. Vkontakte requires a button in the card and an image size of 1300x800.

The Video note element is only available for Telegram (switch from infinity mode to Telegram mode) and allows you to send round videos in the chatbot (up to 10 MB) . Record a video in Telegram, save it and add a message in the block. Or upload a 1:1 square video up to 1 minute.

The Picture with text element allows you to send a picture with text to Telegram in one message

Also in Telegram, you can send messages without sound, disable link previews, prohibit copying, forwarding and taking a screenshot of messages (the ban on taking screenshots may differ on different devices). The settings apply to all messages within the block.

You can test the payment (1) or connect your merchant's data (2).

After entering the data, you will receive a provider token, which must be copied and added to the account settings.

For correct work, you need to reconnect (DO NOT delete) Telegram in the Channels section using the circular arrows.

How the paid invoice will be displayed in Live Chat:
