You have decided that Smart Sender better suits your needs than ManyChat and want to switch to Smart Sender without losing the valuable work you have put into your ManyChat bot. Here's how you can easily switch and keep your entire subscriber base:
There are two options depending on whether you have a PRO tariff in ManyChat or not.
If you have a ManyChat Pro plan, simply go to the "Audience" tab of the ManyChat dashboard, click "Bulk Actions" and click "Export PSIDs":

How to disable ManyChat from your Facebook page?
IMPORTANT! Disconnect the ManyChat application from your page only after a successful transfer of users.
