Rules allow you to automatically perform actions when triggers and conditions are fired.

Being in the Console section, go to the Rules menu, and then click the “Create” button

Set the name of the rule

The rule will then appear in the list of rules. (1) Allows you to enable/disable the rule, (2) edit the name of the rule, (3) delete the rule.

Click on the rule, thereby you will be taken to editing the rule.

Choose a trigger to execute the rule

And also, if necessary, the condition under which the trigger will work when the event occurs.

Then choose the desired action

Below is an example rule

If the user bought the product “tripwire (First 1000 in Insatgram)” and the condition that he has the tag “Downloaded the presentation from Instagram” then the action will be performed

or

the user bought the product “tripwire (Insatgram quick start)” then the action will be executed.

In action, we unsubscribe the client from the “Tripwire First 1000 from Instagram” funnel, then subscribe to the “Instagram Course” funnel, and also add the “Bought tripwire: First Instagram” tag

We can also choose whether the actions will be executed once or every time the trigger and conditions are fired.
