The same bot can only be connected to 1 project at the same time. If you try to add a bot that is already connected in another active or deleted project, you will get an error - bot already connected.
In such a case, you must first delete the channel in the previous project.
After deleting a channel, all subscribers of this channel will also be DELETED
To delete a bot in an active project to which you have access, go to the Channels section, click on the trash can, confirm the deletion and enter your account password.
2. If you need to delete a bot from a project that was deleted more than 365 days ago, and you were the owner of this project, then go to the Channels section, select the messenger, click the "Disconnect" button and confirm the deletion.
3. To remove a bot from a project in which you are NOT the owner, after clicking on the “Disconnect” button, a window will open with information about the owner of the channel.
Click the "Send confirmation" button.
Then the owner will receive a notification in their account asking them to delete the channel.
After clicking on the notification, you need to confirm the deletion.
4. If the project is locked or deleted less than 365 days ago (available for restore), the project owner needs to restore the project and then delete the channels.
