The first block from the starting step should be the “Send a message” block, we also do not recommend subscribing to flows / funnels, as this may lead to a block on sending messages with the limits of the messengers themselves or other problems with sending messages.

You can create broadcast, segment contacts and send a message or funnel immediately or schedule it for a specific time.

Click +Create

Write the name of the broadcast

Create a message and click Go next

At this step you can enable or disable certain messengers from the broadcast

If you enable Facebook Messenger, you need to select the appropriate tag.

If you include WhatsApp or Instagram in your broadcast, the message will only be sent to users who have interacted with the bot in the last 24 hours.

You can segment users or choose no segment and the broadcast will be sent to all active users.

You can send the broadcast immediately or at the desired time and date

You can find a scheduled broadcast in the list by selecting "Scheduled" in the filter

Statistics will be available after sending the broadcast and it will be moved to “Processed“.

⚠️⚠️⚠️ If your broadcast contains media files (videos, documents), we recommend you perform Preview before sending to save these files to the Messenger server.

This is especially important for broadcast to large databases.

⚠️⚠️⚠️ When planning broadcasts, consider the official limits and the size of the base! ⚠️⚠️⚠️

Please note that the text block, pictures and media files, as well as buttons are sent by different requests (messages). By sending a message that contains a picture, below the text and below the button - you use 3 requests / messages.
