Connection fee - 400€. If we reject the application, this amount will be returned to your personal Viber Chatbot Commercial Model balance. If the application is approved, this amount will be used to deduct the 200€ activation fee and to pay the monthly fees for this bot.

Every subsequent calendar month, chatbot owners are charged a service fee of €100 per bot, as well as a separate fee for delivered messages initiated by the chatbot.

Chatbots created before 02/05/2024 currently operate based on the previous commercial model - a limit of 10,000 messages per month. To send more messages, you need to upgrade to a new bot model.
